As I talked to many young STEM professionals, I was shocked by how little they were aware of the importance of career options, strategy, and vision. Many of them were stuck in a narrow mindset, believing their career paths were limited to traditional roles in research labs or technical positions within established companies.
Even more startling was the lack of awareness about entrepreneurship as a viable and, often, transformative career path.
When I started my own journey, I faced uncertainties and doubts. The traditional paths seemed like the safer option, but I realized that safety doesn’t always equate to fulfillment.
Entrepreneurship gave me the chance to take control of my future, create value, and align my work with my passions. This is why I am so passionate about helping other STEM professionals see what’s possible.
